Coolpad Cool Play 7 has been listed online before being officially launched. This is the upgrade of Cool Play 6 handsets last year. Coolpad’s new smartphone comes with very thin bezel design, display noch and dual rear setup, just like the current trend. The octa-core MT 6750 chipset has been used in the smartphone. The metal frame is placed in the handset and it is equipped with glass back. It has a Face Recognition feature equipped with AI. The phone has a fingerprint sensor on the back and it will unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. The phone is to be launched on July 30.
Coolpad Cool Play 7 on China’s JD.com has been listed before the launch for registration. According to the online listings, Coolpad Cool Play 7 costs 999 Chinese yuan (about Rs 10,100). Significant specifications from the listing have become public.

Dual-SIM Coolpad runs on Cool Play 7 Android. There will also be a custom skin on it. Coolpad Cool Play 7 features a 5.85-inch HD + (720×1440 pixels) TFT display. It’s about 19: 9 aspect ratios. In the cool play 6, where Snapdragon 653 processor is used, Cool Play 7 will come with Octa-Core MediaTek MT 6750. Gagal Bandi has been given 4 GB RAM. The smartphone has a dual rear camera setup. Both the sensors are 13 megapixels and LED flash is also available. Rear camera setup supports portrait mode. With this help, the user will be able to record slow-motion videos. An 8-megapixel sensor has been given for selfie and video chatting.
Coolpad Cool Play 7 has 64 GB of inbuilt storage and if needed, the MicroSD card can also be used. Smartphones have features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS / A-GPS, Micro-USB and 3.5mm headphone jack. The company comes with a built-in fingerprint sensor and gyroscope. The smartphone has a 2800 mAh battery and its dimensions are 151×73.4×8.8 millimeters.
